Seismic strengthening of the 29 level Majestic Centre, Willis Street, Wellington.

This project comprised structurally upgrading the building from its then assessed 40-45% NBS to achieve a 100% NBS outcome. The project was carried out while the building was fully occupied.

Redevelopment of a dated 18,000 sqm 1960’s high rise into a contemporary and highly functional home for the Ministry of Social Development, 56 The Terrace, Wellington.

Refurbishment, seismic strengthening and extension of this 1980’s high rise on The Terrace, Wellington into a modern attractive office building for the New Zealand Government.

Led the client development team, as Project Director, in the development of Commercial Bay – a $1.0 billion mixed use development in downtown Auckland. The development comprised stage 1 of the City Rail Loop tunnels, an 18,000 sqm retail centre and a 39 level, 38,000 sqm premium grade office tower.
